How to contact your customers

Hello and welcome to your GoodBarber back office.

Today I will show you how to find the contact details of your clients

There may be several scenarios in which you may need to contact one of your customers, and your responsiveness in these cases is critical to your customer service reputation!

a few examples: one of the products ordered is no longer in stock, client shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.

So, here’s where to find your clients’ contact details

1st option : in the order page

In the menu orders > my orders, select the line corresponding to the order of the client
 you want to contact. 

In the file, you’ll find all the contact details on the right part of the screen: email, addresses.
On the invoice, you will find the phone number

2nd option: the client account 
In the menu Clients > click on the client ID number. You’ll find all the info here. 

You now know where to get your clients’ contact details!
